  • What happens if I realize I've provided incorrect information or want to make changes to my order after submitting it?
    We understand that mistakes can happen, which is why we allow a two-hour window after you've submitted your order for you to reach out to us if you need to make any changes or corrections. Simply contact our customer service team as soon as possible and let us know the necessary changes, and we'll do our best to make the updates before your order goes into production. Please note that once the two-hour window has passed, we may not be able to make changes to your order, so it's important to review all of your information carefully before submitting your order.
  • What happens if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
    In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product and email our customer service team at studionorthera@gmail.com with the details. We'll respond within 48 hours and assist you with the replacement of the product. Please note that for replacement items, there will be no changes of design accepted. We'll do our best to ensure that the replacement is as close to your original order as possible to minimize any inconvenience caused.
  • Do you send previews or proofs before printing/shipping my order?
    As we strive to fulfill orders quickly, we do not send previews or proofs before printing or shipping. However, if we find that there are missing or incorrect details on your product or image, we will reach out to you to ensure that we have all the necessary information before proceeding with your order.
  • Can I exchange, return, or get a refund on my order?
    We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected, which is why we offer returns and exchanges for most of our products. Customized items, however, are non-refundable as they are specially made to order. For all other items, you may return or exchange your order within 14 days of receipt, as long as the item is unopened and in its original packaging. Please note that "deal" items are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange. If you would like to initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team and we'll be happy to assist you with the process. Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our return policy requirements, we'll issue a refund or exchange the item as requested.
