At Studio Northera, we understand the importance of timely delivery and take great care to ensure that your orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. We strive to ship all orders within 2-3 business days. Shipping times will vary depending on your location.

Canada Orders

Delivery is typically 2-8 business days.

Free shipping on all orders.


United States Orders

It is usually within 2-8 business days.

International Orders

It may take 4-25 business days depending on where you live.

We are unable to offer free shipping for international orders as shipping costs can vary greatly depending on the country and can be quite high. We are not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be charged on international orders.


Please note that these shipping estimates are not guaranteed and actual delivery times may vary depending on the postal service.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Studio Northera is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to re-ship the package.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Non - Customized Items

At Studio Northera, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unopened and in its original packaging

  • In a resaleable condition


2. Customized/Personalized Items

Customized/Personalized Items are non-refundable.

Anything that is made to the customer's specific requirements, is personalized, or otherwise can't be resold due to a bespoke element. Because your custom product is entirely personal to you.

3. Incorrect or Damaged Items:
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team immediately. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and will promptly assist you in resolving the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, if applicable.

4. Cancellation Policy:
Customers can cancel their orders within 2 hours. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately. If the 2 hours past and our design team stared to work on your order or the order has already been shipped, the cancellation request may not be possible. Any cancellation fees, if applicable, will be clearly communicated during the cancellation process.

5. Product Liability:
Please note that Studio Northera will not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our products. 

6. Force Majeure:

In situations beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of government, labor strikes, or other unforeseen events, Studio Northera will not be held liable for any delays or failure in fulfilling orders. We will make every effort to notify customers of such circumstances and work towards a resolution.


7. Termination or Modification:
Studio Northera reserves the right to modify or terminate this Shipping and Return & Refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.

8. Returns:

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item and we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during transit.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, and after our approval of the requested refund or exchange, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

9. Deals:

Please note that all sales are final on “deal” items and we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items.
